Celebrating 8 Years of Building in Hawaii, Together
Aloha,
This month, Koa Project Management marks 8 years in business. We’re pleased to be standing here after nearly a decade of guiding projects through Hawaii’s unique construction landscape. Longevity in this industry, and especially in Hawaii, is never guaranteed. It is earned, and it is sustained by trust, relationships, and shared purpose.
We’ve weathered a lot together. From the uncertainty of COVID-19, when Hawaii lost billions in tourism revenue, to the current challenges nonprofits face in launching capital projects amid shifting funding realities. Add to that the ever-growing complexity of securing permits and materials in Hawaii, and the need for steady guidance has never been more clear.
Through all of it, our clients have stayed at the center of everything we do. Over the years, you’ve relied on us to handle the heavy lifting behind the scenes so you could concentrate on your mission. Many of you, especially our long-serving nonprofit partners, have become more than clients. You’ve become part of the KPM ‘ohana.
We’re especially proud to see construction moving forward for The Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace after more than 15 years of planning. It’s a powerful reminder that persistence, vision, and the right support can bring even the longest-awaited projects to life.
To celebrate our birthday, we’ll be sharing some of our longest-standing partnerships over the next 8 days on social media. These stories reflect the resilience, collaboration, and shared vision that have shaped our journey. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to see those stories and the inspiring results of client-led work across Hawaii.
Mahalo for being part of the journey. Let’s keep building what’s next together.
Mahalo,
The Koa Project Management Team
