Aloha,

Summertime in Hawaii always brings special energy. The days feel a little longer, the ocean seems a little bluer, and there’s natural momentum that carries into the work we do. At Koa Project Management (KPM), momentum has been hard at work behind the scenes as our team continues to grow and support projects across the islands.

We’re excited to welcome three new faces to the KPM team this summer. James Kerrigan and Patrick Breeden, our summer interns, have jumped right in, helping us organize, streamline, and optimize our business operations. Their attention to detail and fresh perspective have been invaluable, and we’re grateful to have their energy and work ethic as part of the team. Not to mention, they bring fun and youthful playfulness to the office!

We’re also proud to welcome Sue Lee as our new Cost Manager. With more than 25 years of leadership in Hawaii’s utility and construction industries, Sue brings deep expertise in project cost management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination. True to form, Sue wasted no time making an impact, strengthening our ability to deliver accurate budgets and reliable project outcomes from day one.

Alongside our internal growth, we’ve seen steady progress on projects with many of our long-standing clients. We never take those relationships for granted. Helping organizations navigate complex projects while delivering consistent, high-quality results is at the heart of what we do. Seeing these projects’ progress reminds us why this work matters, and we’re thankful for the continued trust our clients have placed in us.

We're proud to share that KPM’s improved website is live. The updated site offers a clear view of our services, project expertise, and the values that guide our work. Please take a look and get to know our team, our process, and how we can help.

As summer unfolds, our project calendar has opened, creating room for new opportunities. If you’re considering a new build, renovation, or simply need help navigating permitting and planning, now is a great time to connect with our team. We’d love to learn more about your goals and discuss how we can help bring your next project to life.

We hope you enjoy these long summer days with your loved ones, and we look forward to connecting again soon.

Mahalo,
